How can i reorder a previous order?
It’s easy, just give us a call or text, we store each and every file in our database if you are a regular client and we store the files for a year if you are a once in a year client.
Do you offer finishes or coating?
Yes we offer UV varnish and coatings as well.
What about return policy?
We do refund or re-print your order if the issue arises from our side. Keeping in mind we don’t hold ourselves liable if the issue arises from your side. Some of the common issues might be: Discrepancies in quantity, color variations, binding mistake, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and digital payments
Do you offer design services as well?
Yes, we have professional designers in-house who will turn your ideas & imaginations into a beautiful impression.
Can i see a proof before printing?
Yes, we provide a proof copy before you approve your artwork for printing. We need to understand that the proof copy will not always be the same as the final product due to technical restrictions.
How do i place an order?
You can place an order however you feel is convenient to you. We are happy to cater your needs via text, call, email or you can visit our office.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the type of print order. Please contact us to get an exact estimate of time.
What are the difference between screen and offset printing?
Screen printing involves mesh where the ink is forced through to achieve a print where as offset printing involves plates where the ink is transferred from the plates to the blanket and to the paper which creates an offset mechanism.
